RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. ].691 - KINNEY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of. Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 14th day of November, 1990 , considered the request of Robert W. and Tammy M. Kinney for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Si W} , Section 23 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicants shall obtain a building permit prior to locating the mobile home on the property; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained from the Weld County Health Department prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence a domestic well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 4) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicants have complied with the above mentioned conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Robert W. and Tammy M.
