RE: APPOINTMENT OF BETTY HENSON AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, due to the termination of Catherine Flot, a need exists to appoint
another Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board to rescind the appointment of
Catherine Flot as Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it
is the desire of the Board to appoint Betty Henson as Deputy Clerk to the Board
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Betty Henson be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to
the Board effective August 28, 1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners hereby rescinds
the appointment of Catherine Plot as Deputy Clerk to the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of September, A.D. , 1991, nunc pro
tunc August 28, 1991.
