RE: U.S.R. Application of Glen Womack
Part of the NW 1/4 , Section 20,
Township 2 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M.
On behalf of Mr. Glen Womack the applicant in the above
request for a Use by Special Review, I am requesting that the
Application be expedited as much as possible, that Mr. Womack be
granted the right to pre-advertise the hearings. Mr. Womack
understands the risk that is involved in pre-advertising, but
desires, because of the need for the construction of the buildings,
and to service the demands of the industry, it is essential that
construction commence as early as possible. We have submitted the
request to the Weld County Department of Planning Services, for a
Use by Special Review for the use of Mr. Womack' s property to
conduct manufacturing of tanks to be used in the agricultural and
the oil and gas industries. There is presently a great demand for
these services, and Mr. Womack desires to construct these indoors,
and therefore it is necessary that buildings be constructed to
house the manufacturing.
Mr. Womack also is desirous of proceeding as soon as possible
because of the weather and has commitments from construction
personnel to commence construction as soon as the project might be
approved.
Mr. Womack is presently conducting his business out of two
different locations, and rented facilities, and the present
business activities are inefficient, wasteful , and do not enable
him to meet the demands.
A copy of the narrative portion of the Application is attached
hereto for your reference and may answer any questions you may have
at this time.
h(Ibi-+ A s4: h_Ab5
Mr. Womack believes it is essential that he be able to proceed
as quickly as possible to commence construction and, therefore, is
requesting that he be allowed to pre-advertise the hearings, with
the full understanding that this is done solely at Mr. Womack's
risk.
In the event there may be any questions concerning this
request, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Very truly yours, b
