APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS The Department of Planning Services has determined through the review that the standards of Section 9-2 E. (1) (a) through (m) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations have been met. This Recorded Exemption is approved with the following conditions in accordance with information submitted in the application and the policies of the County. A Weld County septic permit is required for the proposed home and its septic system shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) regulations. An ISDS evaluation by the Weld County Health Department on all existing septic systems will be necessary prior to issuing the required septic permits on the existing systems. A new access is required for Lot A. Lot A shall not share access with the Larimer Weld Canal. The applicant shall submit a mylar plat to the Department of Planning Services to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. Stewart, hereinafter called the Assignee, WHEREAS, BMS Enterprises, Inc. , did by a certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Property dated January 1, 1973, bargain, sell and convey the property therein and hereinafter described to Everitt L. Sinks and Doris F. Sinks, and assigns, to secure the payment of a certain Contract for Deed for the principal sum of Twenty-Six Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 ($26,600.00) Dollars. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the said Assignee to the said Assignor, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said Assignor hereby assigns to the said Assignee, the said Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Property-Escrow, together with all moneys now owing or that may hereafter come due or owing in respect thereof, and the full benefit of all the powers and of all the covenants and provisions therein contained, and the said Assignor hereby grants and conveys unto the said Assignee, the following described property situate in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, to wit: Parcel 2 beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and considering the West line of said Section 23 to bear South 0000'00" West with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence South 00°00'00" West along the West line of said Section 23, 2194.91 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
