Improvements Agreement Bond, Subject S-979.87.18 On August 6, 1991, I made an inspection of the proposed Waffle House site (Lot 2 of Longmont Centennial Inn Subdivision) . The proposed Waffle House was never constructed, and the existing ground has not been disturbed. I discussed releasing the bond with Chuck Cunliffe, Director of Planning, and he has no objection. Mr. Cunliffe and I agree, a future building permit would not be allowed until a new improvements agreement and bond are established. Therefore, I recommend release of the Waffle House bond in the amount of $25,142.00.
