WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
No Rule Charter, is vested with the authority o£ administering the

Reference is made to the oil and gas lease dated August 8, 199O between
Weld County, Colorado and Gina M. Schwartz on the captioned land, I am
requesting approval by the Board of County Commissioners to assign all of
my right, title and interest in said lease to Joseph Schneider of Fort
Morgan, Colorado. Enclosed is a copy of said assignment.
