RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM JOSE A. GONZALES TO USE PROPOSED SITE PRIOR TO SPECIAL
REVIEW PERMIT HEARING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Jose A. Gonzales to allow
use of the proposed Special Review Permit site prior to said matter being heard
by the Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the proposed use is parking for ditch-lining equipment and storage
of materials on property described as part of the NW, Section 3, Township 5
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Gonzales has indicated, by letter, that he will move the
equipment at his own risk, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to grant said
request, conditional upon the approval of the said Special Review Permit and, if
said Permit is denied, the equipment be removed and the Zoning Ordinance
enforced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from Jose A. Gonzales to use the proposed
Special Review Permit site prior to said matter being heard by the Planning
Commission and the Board of County Commissioners be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said approval is conditional upon
the Special Review Permit being approved, and if said Permit is denied the
equipment be removed and the Zoning Ordinance enforced.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D. , 1993.

Dear Sirs,
This letter is in reference to property we are leasing
to park our equiptment.
In March we spoke with Lynelle of Planning and Zoning
who informed us that we needed to find a new location
to park our equiptment So we would ' ft be in violation .
Fairmeadows Liquidation Trust agreed to let us lease
property across from Anderson ' s Salvage for $300. 00 a
month starting in April of this year . We have also
been paying tent for our current location.
Being a small company that works only six months out of
the year, we cannot afford to pay rent on two properties .
We would like to be allowed to move our equiptment while
the board reviews our application . We would move at our
own risk, pending approval of the board .
