Dear Members'
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
hereby authorizes the expenditure from the Special Library
Fund for the purchase of the Rock County Bookmobile in-
spected by Elizabeth Adcock and Carl Lindstrom, November
5, 1958.
It is our understanding that the bookmobile will be avail-
able for delivery on January 1, 1959 at the coat of $7,250.00.
The payment is to be made directly to The Gerstenslager
Company.

Dear Mr. Wyer:
At our official board meeting this afternoon, we voted to
7/purchase the Rock County Boo bile inspected by Mrs. Adcock and
Mr. Lindstrom last Wednesday. This motion has been approved by the
Board of County Commissioner .
It is our understanding that the bookmobile will be available
for us to pick up on January 1, 1959.) These arrangements should be
completed with the Rock County Library. With the exception of additional
mileage, we expect the bookmobile to be in as good condition as it
was on November 12, 1958. Mrs. Adcock reported that the bill for the
broken ventilating fan is to be sent to the Nebraska State Library
at the request of Mr. Wright.
The payment of $7.250 is to be made directly to your company
the first of January.
The Weld County Library Board should like to thank you for the
efforts you have made to secure a satisfactory unit for our use.
We are looking forward to the increased service our staff will be
able to give the county.
If you should like us to sign any sort of contract to purchase
the bookmobile, please let us know.
