On October 7th, 1991 , when we purchased 429 - 1st Street building in Kersey, the (2) two story building was and still is vacant. The condition of the entire building and property was deteriorated, walls gutted out, ceiling falling in, due to next to no roof left, no care nor up keep for some time, windows broken out, some boarded up, clearly a distroyed building, a shell and good foundation left. *SPECIAL NOTE: The figures below represent only the prorated value for the property (86 days) .
