RE: APPOINTMENT OF CATHERINE FLOT AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, due to the termination of Tommie Antuna, a need exists to appoint
another Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board to rescind the appointment of Tommie
Antuna as Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is
the desire of the Board to appoint Catherine Plot as Deputy Clerk to the Board
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Catherine Flot be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to
the Board effective January 14, 1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners hereby rescinds
the appointment of Tommie Antuna as Deputy Clerk to the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of January, A.D. , 1991.
