RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1874 - MARTINEZ
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the
24th day of November, 1993, considered the request of Vincente G. Martinez for
a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone
District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 24, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing on November 24, 1993, the Board, after hearing all
of the testimony and statements of those present, deemed it advisable to continue
said matter to December 13, 1993, at 9:00 a.m. , to allow staff time to verify
whether or not water is available to said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to December 13,
1993, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of November, A.D. , 1993.
