RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SYLVIA MCWILLIAMS TO WELD COUNTY COMMUNITY
CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Community
Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sylvia McWilliams be appointed to
said board as an at-large member, to replace Carolyn Mettler, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Sylvia McWilliams to said
board, with her term to expire August 1, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sylvia McWilliams be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Community Corrections Board as an at-large member, with her term to expire
August 1, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of October, A.D. , 1994.
