RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON
AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Priscilla Kimboko, Wyoma Upward, Mary
Ellen Faules, Ruby Taziri, and James Riesberg be appointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donald Shedd, A. Warren Holm and Dr.
Richard Foe be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint to said board Priscilla
Kimboko and Wyoma Upward, with terms to expire January 31, 1996, Mary Ellen
Faules and Ruby Taziri, with terms to expire January 31, 1994, and James
Riesberg, with his term to expire January 31, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Donald Shedd, A. Warren
Holm, and Dr. Richard Foe to said board, with their terms to expire January 31,
1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Priscilla Kimboko, Wyoma Upward, Mary Ellen Faules, Ruby
Taziri, and James Riesberg be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Area
Agency on Aging Advisory Board, with their terms to expire as stated above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Donald Shedd, A. Warren Holm, and
Dr. Richard Foe be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Area Agency
on Aging Advisory Board, with their terms to expire as stated above.
