RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Undesirable Plant Management
Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ivan Gilbaugh be appointed to replace
Louis Klein, and David Bates, Janice Dersham, and Paul Henneck be reappointed to
said commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ivan Gilbaugh to said
commission, with his term to expire August 19, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint David Bates, Janice
Dersham, and Paul Henneck to said commission, with their terms to expire
August 19, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ivan Gilbaugh be, and hereby is, appointed to the
Undesirable Plant Management Advisory Commission, with his term to expire
August 19, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that David Bates, Janice Dersham, and
Paul Henneck be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Undesirable Plant Management
Advisory Commission, with their terms to expire August 19, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
