RE: APPROVE ESTIMATE OF TOTAL REQUIRED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS FOR HUD SECTION 8
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Estimate of Total Required
Annual Contributions for Housing Assistance Payments Program between the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development, Section 8, and the Weld County
Housing Authority, commencing January 1, 1993, and ending December 31, 1993, with
the further terms and conditions being as stated in said contract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
estimate, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Estimate of Total
Required Annual Contributions for Housing Assistance Payments Program between the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Section 8, and the Weld County
Housing Authority be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said estimate.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D. , 1993, nunc pro tunc
January 1, 1993.

SUBJECT: SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT J J
DATE: April 23, 1993
As discussed at the Housing Authority Work Session of April 19, 1993,
attached for Board consideration is the Section 8 consolidated Annual
Contribution Contract (ACC) covering Project C099-V090-001 through 013.
This Annual Contributions Contract deletes the Contract Authority of Project
005 and replaces the authority with Project 013. The total annual contract
authority for the Section 8 Voucher program is $916,690. Terms of the
specific projects are for a five year period.
The Annual Contributions Contract, in addition to providing the Contract
Authority, also outlines the responsibilities to the Housing Authority in the
administration of our Section 8 Voucher program.
Staff is recommending your approval of the Annual Contributions Contract for
the Section 8 Voucher program.
