IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTION OF ABANDONED PORTION OF
STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM IN THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM:
WHEREAS, the State Highway routing of Highway 66, in Weld County
has been relocated to follow the alignment of State Project S 0054(2), and
WHEREAS, that all portions of the old highway relocated by the
construction have been abandoned as a part of the State Highway System, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Board that the abandoned por-
tions should remain public highways, and should be included in the County
Road System except that part of the highway within the corporate limits of
Platteville, Colorado,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER, by the Board of Commissioners,
that the abandoned portions of State Highway 66, remain Public Highways,
and be included in the County Road System except that part of the highway with-
in the corporate limits of Platteville, Colorado.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote: i

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that State Highway No. 66 in 'geld County
be relocated to follow the alignment of Federal Aid Project
No, S 0054 (2), effective December 1, 1956, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all portions of the old
highway relocated by the construction are hereby abandoned as
a part of the State Highway System.
