RE: Notice of Public Hearing - Replat of Block 1, Sekich Business Park, Mead,
Colorado.
Please be advised that public hearings have been set by the Mead Planning Commission and
the Mead Board of Trustees to consider a Major Land Use Change in the Sekich Business
Park. Attached is a copy of the hearing notice and a sketch of the proposed replat of this
property.
You are being sent this notice as an adjacent property owner, or as a referral agency of the
Town.. Copies of the applications for this Major Land Use Change are on file and available
for public inspection in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Mead, at the Mead Town
Hall, Mead, Colorado 80542. The public's comments are welcome during the public hearings.
Written comments may be sent to the Mead Town Hall, Box 626, Mead, CO 80542.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sekich Equipment Company, d/b/a
Sekich Business Park has submitted a conceptual plan and final plat
application for a maior land use change to the Town of Mead, Weld County,
Colorado. The property to be platted is in Block 1 of the Sekich Business
Park
Copies of the application are available to the public for review at the
Mead Town Hall during regular business hours.
This application will be considered by the Planning Commission
following a Public Hearing at a special meeting to be held at the Mead Town
Hall, 441 3rd Street, Mead, Colorado , October 20, 1993, at 7 P.M. The
public is invited to comment on the application during the Public Hearing
or register any objection at any time prior to the said and scheduled Public
Hearing.
This application will be considered by the Board of Trustees following
a Public Hearing at a special meeting to be held at the Mead Town Hall, 441
3rd Street, Mead, Colorado , October 25, 1993, at 7 P.M. The public is
invited to comment on the application during the Public Hearing or register
any objection at any time prior to the said and scheduled Public Hearing.
