RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAVE BRESSLER TO WELD 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dave Bressler be appointed to said board as the
emergency medical services representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dave Bressler to said board, with his
term to expire January 10, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dave Bressler be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld 911 Emergency
Telephone Service Authority Board as the emergency medical services representative, with his term
to expire January 10, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the followi g vote on the 2nd day of w�iL November, A.D., 1994.
