RELEASE OF LIEN
THIS RELEASE OF LIEN is signed this 1-F±4\ day of April,
1994 , Weld County, Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1989, the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, by Resolution made an
assessment of costs of improvements for Weld County Road
70/Antelope Hills Local Improvement District No. 1989-4 , against a
property located at 11287 Madaket Road, Windsor, Colorado 80550,
also known as Parcel No. 080713201003 in the office of the Weld
County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, said assessment was in the sum of $615 . 38, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was recorded in the office of the
Weld County Clerk and Recorder in Book 1249, Reception No. 02198585
on November 28, 1989 , and
WHEREAS; .the owners of said parcel, Michael F. and Ruth Ann
Sampson;-have^paid the entire assessment of $615 . 38 .
NOW, THEREFORE, Weld County, Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County hereby declares that
the lien created by the above described Resolution against the
above described property is satisfied in full and is hereby
released from said property.
