AUIHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN CONSENT TO ANNEXATION:
to be annexed to the City of Greeley, as "Greeley
Capitol Pack, Inc. Tract".
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is authorized to
sign consent to annexation to the City of Greeley of so much of said plat as
Weld County may have any right, title or interest in, within the boundaries
of said plat, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of "C" Street and
9th Avenue in the city of Greeley; thence, North 158 feet along said
center line of 9th Avenue to a point on the city limits of said City;
thence, North 71° 00' East 177.7 feet to the intersection of said
city limits and the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway #85, the
true place of beginning; thence, North 7° 33' West 1065 feet along
said right-of-way line; thence, South 86° 57' West 25.02 feet; thence,
continuing along the said right-of-way line North 7° 33' West 1695 feet;
thence, North 82° 27' East 250 feet; thence, South 87° 11' East 54.24
feet to a point on the East right-of-way lingeg€ said Highway #85;
thence, continuing South 87° 11' East 378.76 along the South line of
tract owned by Gairik, Inc. to the West line of the Union Pacific Rail-
road Company right-of-way; thence, Southeasterly along said Railroad
right-of-way line 1510 feet to a point in the bed of the Cache la Poudre
river, which point is on the present North city limits line of the city
of Greeley; thence, following said city limits South 60° 00' West 208
feet; thence, South 13° 00' East 570 feet; thence, South 3° 00' West
260 feet; thence, South 25° 00' West 230 feet; thence, South 55° 07'
West 167.2 feet; thence, South 71° 00' West 723 feet to the true place
of beginning, all in Section 32, Township 5 North, Range 65 West, of
the 6th P.M. Said tract to be known as "Greeley Capitol Pack, Inc.
