RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM MINERAL DEED BETWEEN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, AND ROBERT
A. MOTT AND ELIZABETH M. MOTT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Mineral Deed
between Weld County, Colorado, and Robert A. Mott and Elizabeth M. Mott, and
WHEREAS, said deed conveys, transfers, and quitclaims all of Weld County's
right, title, and interest in and to all oil, gas, and other mineral in and under
and that may be produced from the following described land in Weld County,
Colorado, to Robert A. Mott and Elizabeth M. Mott:
Township 2 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M.
Section 17: The East 330 feet of the North 50 feet of
the NE!
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed, a copy being
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Mineral Deed between Weld County, Colorado,
and Robert A. Mott and Elizabeth M. Mott be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted b the foll
owing vote on the 2nd day of September, A.D. , 1992.

QUIT CLAIM MINERAL DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM MINERAL DEED is made this -•1 y, day of ,8e , 1992, by and
between WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, acting
by and through the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld ("Weld County"), as
Grantor; and ROBERT A. MOTT and ELIZABETH M. MOTT (the "Motts"), as joint tenants,
whose address is Route 4, Box 117 B-20, Longmont, Colorado 80501, as Grantees.
For$10 and other valuable consideration, WELD COUNTY does hereby convey, transfer and
quitclaim unto ROBERT A. MOTT and ELIZABETH M. MOTT, as joint tenants, all of Weld
County's right, title and interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may
be produced from the following described land in Weld County, Colorado:
Township 2 North, Range 67 West, 6th. P.M.
Section 17: The East 330 feet of the North 50 feet of the NEVI
It is the intent of Weld County to only convey to the Motts any and all interest in the oil, gas
and other minerals in and under the above strip of land which Weld County may have acquired
under and by virtue of that certain Bargain and Sale Deed dated March 9, 1972, recorded in Book
663 under Reception No. 1585244 of the real property records of Weld County, Colorado. This
deed is made without warranty of title, express or implied.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed as of the date first above written.
