RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF MEDICAL EXAM TABLE TO WELD COUNTY FOR
THE WELD COUNTY JAIL BY THOMAS J. FLOWER, D.O.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Thomas J. Flower, D.O. , has donated a medical exam table to Weld
County, to be used specifically in the Medical Department of the Weld County
Jail, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations
via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the donation of a medical exam table by Thomas J. Flower,
D.O. , be, and hereby is, accepted and designated for use by the Weld County Jail.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along
with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to Thomas J. Flower, D.O.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of July, A.D. , 1993.
