RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ANTELOPE HILLS LAW
ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on November 2, 1992,
concerning the Annual Meeting of the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority,
at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said hearing to December
9, 1992 at 9:00 A.M. , and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration recommended said
hearing be continued to December 9, 1992 due to the uncertainty of the tax
limitation amendment, and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Annual Meeting of the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement
Authority will be reconvened by the Board on December 9, 1992, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of November, A.D. , 1992.

NOTICE AS TO PROPOSED BUDGET #92-75
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget of zero has been submitted
to the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority District Board for the ensuing
year of 1993. Such proposed budget will be considered at the annual meeting of
the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority District Board to be held in the
First Floor Assembly Room, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, on November 2,
1992, at 9:00 a.m.
Any interested elector within such Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority
District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections
thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
