RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING HOUSING GRANT CONTRACT WITH COLORADO DEPARTMENT
OF LOCAL AFFAIRS, DIVISION OF HOUSING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Housing Grant Contract between
the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing, and Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at the meeting of April 7, 1993, staff recommended said matter be
continued one week to allow staff adequate time to resolve zoning issues, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to April 14,
1993 at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be, and hereby is, continued to April 14,
1993, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of April, A.D. , 1993.
