ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
OVER ALL THE STREETS AND ALLEYS IN PEACEFUL-
ACRES SUBDIVISION, WELD COUNTY, COLCRADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of all streets and alleys for
perpetual right-of-way in Peaceful-Acres Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado,
in behalf of the public, from Leo F. Paden and Opal M. Paden, to-wit:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Leo F . Paden and Opal M.
Paden, being the owners in fee of that portion of land described
as follows, to-wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
(NE4NE4) of Section Seven (7) , in Township One (1) North,
Range Sixty-six (66) , West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the
Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (NE NEk) of said Section Seven (7) , thence due West
672 feet; thence South 377 feet, thence West 168 feet;
thence South 313 feet; thence East 840 feet; thence North
690 feet to the point of beginning.
And having platted the same into Lots, Streets and Alleys, do
hereby name and designate the same Peaceful-Acres Subdivision,
geld County, Colorado, and do hereby grant to the public the
perpetual right-of-way over all the streets and alleys as
shown on the map herewith. All of the streets are sixty (60)
feet in width.
Reference is hereby made to the record of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder,
Weld County, Colorado, Book 1458 Page 364 .
