RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER BAXTER TO LOCAL ENERGY IMPACT AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner George Baxter be
appointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Local Energy
Impact and Community Development Review Team, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner George Baxter
to said team, with his term to be effective January 1, 1993, through December 31,
1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner George Baxter be, and hereby is, appointed
to the Local Energy Impact and Community Development Review Team, with his term
to be effective January 1, 1993, through December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D. , 1993.
