RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER CONSTANCE L. HARBERT TO THE LOCAL
ENERGY IMPACT AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be
appointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Local Energy
Impact and Community Development Review Team, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Constance L.
Harbert to said team, with her term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be, and hereby is,
appointed to the Local Energy Impact and Community Development Review Team, with
her term to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
