IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RIGHT-CF-WAY DEED WIDENING 27th
AVENUE TO 60 FEET FOR A DISTANCE OF 788 FEET, NORTH FROM THE SOUTH LINE
OF SAID SECTION 1, IN MEADOWLARK, A SUBDIVISION OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that they hereby accept the Right-of way Deed that
widens 27th Avenue to 60 feet for a distance of 788 feet in Meadowlark,
a subdivision of Weld County, Colorado, in the behalf of the public,
from Lottye Young Miner, Cloyd L. Arford, Robert G. Busboom, Windon
H. Davis and Kenton Nursing Home Inc., to-wit:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Lottye Young Miner,
Cloyd L. Arford, Robert G. Busboom, Windon H. Davis and Kenton Nursing
Home, Inc. , of the County of Weld and State of Colorado hereby convey
to Weld County, Colorado, the right-of-way for a public highway over
and across the following real property situate in the County of Weld
and State of Colorado, to-wit:
The West 30 feet of the South 788 feet of that parcel
of land 'ocated in the SW4SEi of Section 1, Township
5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. , which is
described in deed recorded in Book 1504, page 256 of
the Weld County Records. The strip of land intended to be
hereby conveyed lays adjacent to and abuts upon the
East boundary line of 27th avenue as platted in Meadow-
lark, a subdivision of Weld County, Colorado. By virtue
of this Deed said 27th Avenue shall be thereby widened
to 60 feet for said distance of 788 feet extending North
from the South line of Section 1.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder,
recorded in Book 1542, Page 31.
