RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING APPOINTMENT OF A TEMPORARY HOMELESS/HOUSING
AUTHORITY ADVISORY TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to appoint a temporary
Homeless/Housing Authority Advisory Task Force, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on June 1, 1992, at which time
the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on June 8,
1992, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of June, A.D. , 1992.
