IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the present parties to the above named agreement that the term thereof
shall be and hereby is extended to and includin^ December 31-__—, 19 v3—, and that all the terms and conditions
thereof, as heretofore (if supplements to the original agreement are Indicated above) or herein (If any special provisions are written
below) amended, shall remain in full force and effect during the extended term, said agreement with the amendments and supplements
(if any) to be subject to termination prior to the expiration of the extended term in the same manner as le provided therein for termi-
nation prior to the expiration of the term hereby =tended.
Special Provisions: In consideration of the extended term herein provided,
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, shall pay to Union Pacific Rail-
road Company upon the execution and delivery of this instrument the sum
of One Dollar (41.00) and shall, during said extended term, keep, observe
and perform all of the covenants and agreements set out in the above
mentioned agreement as a consideration for the making thereof.
