RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM O'HARE TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Planning Commission,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William O'Hare be appointed to said
Commission, representing District 4, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint William O'Hare to said
Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William O'Hare be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Planning Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of October, A.D. , 1991.
