Home My WebLink About920412.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DECLARATION OF SURPLUS MOBILE HOME WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has advised the Board of County Commissioners that through tax sale, the County has acquired a mobile home, and WHEREAS, there does not appear to be a need for the mobile home for County use, and it would be in the best interests of the County to declare it surplus and to sell it. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the following mobile home be, and hereby is, declared surplus property: 1967 Champion, VIN-0572542990A&R BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Director of Purchasing be, and hereby is, directed to prepare a sales bid for the mobile home. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of May, A.D. , 1992.
