RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS TO HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with its powers of authority pursuant to Section
29-4-505, C.R.S. , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
acting on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, has agreed with the City
of Greeley and Weld County United Way to the creation of a housing development
corporation for the purpose of promoting and establishing additional low income
housing in Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said housing development corporation has established a Board of
Directors to direct the activities of the corporation, and
WHEREAS, the by-laws of said corporation require the Board of County
Commissioners to appoint three directors to the corporation's Board of Directors,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has interviewed certain
individuals who have applied for said directorships, and
WHEREAS, the terms of said directorships shall begin as of August 1, 1994
and the activities of said directors shall be governed by the by-laws for said
housing development corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the following individuals be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Weld County Housing Development Corporation Board of Directors for the
initial terms as set forth below:
One-year term, which shall expire on August 1, 1995: Hank Rahmig
Two-year term, which shall expire on August 1, 1996: Richard Lengel
Three-year term, which shall expire on August 1, 1997: Marselino Aragon

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that:
1. All future appointees to the Housing Development Corporation Board
of Directors shall be appointed for three year-terms.
2. The Housing Development Corporation directors may serve for only two
consecutive terms.
3. The Housing Development Corporation directors' powers and duties
shall be limited to those set forth in the by-laws of the
corporation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of June, A.D. , 1994.
