Total $4 , 365, 450. 00
4. The Board concurs with the Stipulation.

with respect to tax year 1991 .
7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made:
DUE 0 THE FACT HIS PARCEL IS A SPECIAL USE PROPERTY; THE LIMITED NUMBER OF
COMPERABLE SALES AND LACK OFINCOME DATA INDICATED A REDUCTION IN VALUE WAS
