RESOLUTION
RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST TO VACATE PORTION OF SOUTH
DELAWARE STREET IN RANCH EGGS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from
Melvin and Bernadine Dirkson to vacate a portion of South Delaware
Street as it previously existed in the plat of Ranch Eggs
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, after hearing testimony from Mr. Dirkson and
surrounding property owners, the Board deems it advisable to
continue said matter two weeks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from
Melvin and Bernadine Dirkson to vacate a portion of South Delaware
Street in Ranch Eggs Subdivision be, and hereby is, continued to
July 11, 1990.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
