RE: Pooling Agreement dated
effective June 20, 1989
Dear Ms. Reiff:
Reference is made to the captioned Pooling Agreement entered into
by Weld County, Gutterson and Company, West Greeley Farms and
Henry F. and Emma Kohlhoff covering lands in Township 7 North,
Range 13 West, Section 4, S/2 and Section 9, N/2 .
Union Pacific Resources Company drilled, plugged and abandoned a
well in the S/2 of Section 4, T7N, R63W in 1989 . Subsequently,
certain leases subject to the captioned Pooling Agreement have
terminated. Consequently, it is UPRC's position that the
captioned Pooling Agreement has terminated.
