RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Uniform Building Code
Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Karl Schmidt, contractor, and Doug
Round, fire department representative, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Karl Schmidt and Doug
Round to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Karl Schmidt and Doug Round be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals, with their
terms to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D. , 1991.
