RE: APPROVE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE FROM SCOUT ENERGY CORPORATION TO J. H.
HUTCHISON, INC. , THE PROSPECT COMPANY, JOSEPH P. SCHNEIDER, AND SCOUT
ENERGY CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
00 pursuant to Colorado statue and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with
o the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
�U WHEREAS, Scout Energy Corporation, P.O. Box 1348, Edmond, Oklahoma 73083-
1348, has requested permission to assign all right, title, and interest of an Oil
w and Gas Lease covering 160 net minerals acres located in the NE; of Section 27,

0 3 Township 12 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, in the

N tfl WHEREAS, pursuant to Weld County's Oil and Gas Lease, said assignment must

o be approved by the Board of County Commissioners, and

WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board deems it appropriate to approve the
hereinabove mentioned assignment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the assignment of said lease from Scout Energy
Corporation, as hereinabove mentioned be, and hereby is, approved.
