MEMORANDUM
TO: Constance Harbert, Chairman
Weld County Board of Commissioners
FROM: Judy A. Griego, Director
Social Services
DATE: July 29, 1993
SUBJECT: 1993 - 1994 Placement Alternatives Commission (PAC) Plan
Enclosed for Board approval and signature is the revised Weld County
Placement Alternatives Plan's Cover Sheet and Final Budget Page. The
Colorado State Department of Social Services allocated us $482,431 , for the
1993-94 PAC year. this is less than the original approved Plan of
$497,698.56.
The revised PAC Plan reflects a reduction of dollars in the amount of
$15, 267.56 from the Youth Passages Program. This reduction was approved by
the PAC in its original proposal to the County Board in the event that the
state allocation would be less than the approved PAC Plan.
