subject: Vacation of Final Plat - Ravensdale Estate
Attached is a letter from Guy Brenckle regarding a request for vacation of
the final plat for Ravensdale Estates, case S-168. The final ,ghat was
approved by the Board of County Commissioners on December 26, 1989.5 The
final plat for the 16 lot subdivision was never recorded. If this vacation
is approved, one single family home could be built on this 15.48 acre parcel
zoned R-1 (Low Density Residential) .
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommends the Board of County
Commissioners vacate the final plat for Ravensdale Estates (case S-168) .

Dear Mr. Keith Schuett March 6, 1989
I do hereby request that consideration be given to vacate subdivision case S168
upon my purchasing the parcel of land governed by this case. Said land is 15
acres, more or less, located in the SW corner of the intersection of 35 th Avenue
and 37 Street.
I plan to build a single family dwelling on this parcel of land to be inhabited
by myself and my family. I plan to obtain public sewer through Hill-N-Park sewer
system, if they have the capacity to allow this. Otherwise, I plan to install
a septic system.
