RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Curt Moore be appointed to said
commission as the District 3 representative to replace Tom Rulon, and Ron Erbes
be appointed as the District 4 representative to replace William O'Hare, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Shirley Camenisch be reappointed to
said commission as the at-large representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Curt Moore and Ron Erbes
to said commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Shirley Camenisch to
said commission, with her term to expire July 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Curt Moore and Ron Erbes be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Planning Commission as District 3 and District 4 representatives,
respectively, with their terms to expire July 31, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Shirley Camenisch be reappointed
to the Planning Commission as the at-large representative, with her term to
expire July 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of August, A.D. , 1994.
