RE: ACCEPT PETITION REQUESTING PAVING OF WELD COUNTY ROAD 53
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a petition requesting the paving
of Weld County Road 53 from various citizens, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to accept said petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the petition requesting the paving of Weld County Road 53
from various citizens be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of February, A.D. , 1992.

AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC CAUSING VOLUMES OF DUST AND LEAVING ROAD 53 BUMPY
AND WITH A WASHBOARD EFFECT . THIS SOMETIMES MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT

Re: WELD COUNTY ROAD 53, GREELEY, COLORADO
The following parties sign this petition requesting the
paving of said road . The reason being for the large amount
of traffic causing high volumes of dust and leaving Road 53
bumpy and with a washboard effect . This sometimes makes
traveling this said road very difficult.
