RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PLOWING PERMIT

o v WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
✓ Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
o affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

0 3 WHEREAS, on September 5 , 1990, the Board did, by Resolution,
o a approve Plowing Permit No. 90-6 , accept collateral, and authorize
irw the Chairman to sign said Permit, and

U WHEREAS , the Board has been advised that the legal
w description of said property was not correct, and should be
co a corrected to read as follows:

w Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the legal description
la w of property owned by Keith Farley contained in the Resolution,
1/400 [., dated September 5, 1990 , approving Plowing Permit No. 90-6 ,
N z accepting collateral, and authorizing the Chairman to sign said
N Permit be, and hereby is, corrected to read as hereinabove stated.
