This conveyance covers a 6.25% under 0.1561 acres that is clouded. Freedom Energy obtained an oil and gas lease from Weld County as a protection lease for drilling purposes for a consideration of $200.00. At such time you indicated that Weld County had no record of owning any such interest. Accordingly, to clear title for division of proceeds purposes Freedom requests that Weld County quit claim this interest into Pluss Turkey Farms. the party who claims to own this interest. As indicated to you, based on $1 million to $1 .5 million over the life of the well, which is what Freedom estimates it will be, this interest would amount to $15.20 to $22.80.
