4/91 OF PROPERTY AT $121,300 THE VALUE SHOWN BY ASSESSOR AT $211,707 FOR
THE YEARS IN QUESTION IS OUT OF LINE. THEREFORE WE ASK FOR REDUCTION IN VALUE
FROM $211,707 TO THE '91 VALUE OF $138,640 WHICH WE FEEL IS FAIR SINCE WE
PURCHASED FOR FAR LESS IN '85 AND ACTUAL WORTH FOR '89 - '90 WOULD BE
SPECULATIVE.

This is to advise you that the Board of Weld County Commissioners will
hear your petition for tax abatement or refund on the property described
as: GR 1CP2-12 L12 BLK2 1ST CASCADE PK7.2535 22STS. This meeting is
scheduled for Monday, August 26, 1991, at 9:00 a.m. , at which time you may
be heard. The Assessor is recommending that the Board approve your
petition.
