RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY ATTORNEY IN THE AMOUNT OF
$32, 000
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement between the Weld
County Attorney and the Weld County Department of Social Services, in the amount
of $32,000, and
WHEREAS, at a meeting before the Board on December 29, the Board deemed it
advisable to continue said matter one week to allow further time for staff
review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Board of Social Services, that this matter be, and
hereby is, continued to January 5, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of December, A.D. , 1993.
