I am writing this letter to notify all parties concerned that FrontieF.,)
Materials Inc. is requesting the release of the reclamation bond for CO
the Boulder Creek pit Permit #M-80-217; legal description known as
the NWi of the SWi Section 29, T2N, R68W. As far as Frontier Materials
is concerned all reclamation requirements have been fulfilled and at this
time Frontier has no further commitments to the property known as
Boulder Creek pit.
