RE: Agreement to Provide Electrical Inspections for Fort Lupton,
Colorado
Commissioners :
In conformance with our current agreement with Weld County to
provide electrical inspections for the City of Fort Lupton,
Colorado, we are formally advising Weld County that we have begun
to perform our own electrical inspections.
We have contracted with John Swallow (State Electrical License #
1322) to oversee our electrical inspection needs.
Our current agreement with Weld County was dated May 27, 1992,
and contains provisions for cancellation by either party with
thirty (30) days written notice. Please consider this letter as
notice of cancellation.
We wish to express our sincere appreciation for the services
provided by Weld County over the past two years . All inspection
services have been completed in a timely manner and on a
professional basis. Your inspection staff is to be commended for
their abilities .
We again wish to thank you for your assistance, and we look
forward to a positive working relationship in the future.
