NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Weld County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday,
December 21, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the County Commissioners Hearing Room(#101),
First Floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado,
for the purpose of considering amending the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance by
deleting Sections 4.5.9.2 and 4.5.16.2 and renumbering the remaining sections
with no changes to the existing text.
This amendment will delete the requirement that a minor subdivision be located
in an Urban Growth Boundary area.
All persons in any manner interested are requested to attend the hearing and may
be heard.
Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection in the
Department of Planning Services,Weld County Administrative Offices, 1400 N. 17th
Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, Phone - 353-3845, Extension 3540.
