RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CERTIFICATION OF 1992 LEVIES AND REVENUES AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the office of the Weld County Assessor is in the process of
preparing the 1993 Certification of Levies and Revenue to be submitted to the
Department of Local Affairs, Division of Property Taxation, by the Weld County
Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on December 21, 1992, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to December 23, 1992,
to allow final preparation of said certifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to December 23,
1992 at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of December, A.D. , 1992.
